Enrolled Camper Forms
We're excited your son will be joining us for an awesome summer camp experience at Camp Arrowhead. The required forms are now inluded with your online camper enrollment account (myCampMinder). Not only is it where you register and get forms, but during the summer it is also where you can view pictures of your son or send him emails.
The forms are made available once your son is registered and can be found under the Forms & Documents section after you log in. The forms are barcoded so that when you print them off, you can simply fax them back to us and they will be electronically filed with us.
