So SEAFOOD...yea, does anyone know the reason that prawns are orange? Also crabs, why do they go orange when they are cooked. Is it something in the ocean or something to do with the amount of salt or what?
How about crabs, what is the best part to eat, the claw or the body? Do you think that they are just too much effort....like lobsters?

hey don;t be knocking the lobsters, especially MAINE lobster...anyway, i thouhgt the difference between shrimp and Prawns was only size....
