The colors have begun to change here in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, and even though the area has a 12” deficit of rain fall, Camp Arrowhead has a tremendously high reenrollment rate for the 2008 summer season, with the Two-week session filling quickly! We’re delighted with this activity and are looking forward to a great year ahead.
Open enrollment started October 15th, so if you haven’t already done so, you can reserve your spot today for a 2008 session with a simple down payment. Visit our session dates and fees page, then you can apply online or call the office at 828.692.1123 for more information.
While your viewing the website, be sure to check out the Arrowhead movie and all the program videos, including paddling, mountaineering, Children of Promise, staff/family interviews and the very funny outtakes.
We have Arrowhead merchandise for sale (great gifts for upcoming birthdays and holidays) and new info for off-season groups – both pages are in the About Us section of the site.
In the Camper section, there are a number of items worth checking out: Our fall photo contest is up and running, so be creative and email your photos to jeff@camparrowhead.org. We’ve added a new page for anyone desiring a little spiritual Food for Thought, and if you’re wondering what Arrowhead counselors have been up to since the summer, visit the Where in the World page for the latest updates.
Armed with a new display, brochures and dvds, our fall travel schedule has kicked into high gear. We’ve had a great time reconnecting with campers and meeting prospective families at fairs and home shows, and we’d love to come your way.
