Tax Day is Camper Forms Day
That’s right…the tax man cometh…so enrolled camper forms are also due. Please visit our Ready, Set, Camp! checklist for access to these forms and everything else you need in order to be ready when camp arrives.
May 1 is the Next Tuition Date
Summer will be here before you know it, so it’s time to send in that final tuition payment for your son’s summer session. You can call 828-692-1123 or send email to jeremy@camparrowhead.org if you want to pay by credit card, or you can send a check to PO Box 248, Tuxedo, NC 28784.
Family Camp Memorial Day & Labor Day
We love starting our summers with Family Camp over Memorial Day weekend, but there's never enough room for everyone who wants to attend. So we've decided to hold a second Family Camp over Labor Day weekend too. The first session is primarily for families who are new to Arrowhead, while the second session will cater to our returning families.
Host Your Fall Event at Arrowhead
You think it's nice here during the summer, you should experience a fall weekend at Arrowhead. We'd be delighted to host your next family reunion, corporate retreat, church/youth event or whatever you might have in mind. Email matt@camparrowhead.org to talk dates and details.
A Couple Changes
Due to low enrollment numbers, our Jr Camp and August Camp sessions have been cancelled. If you have printed materials with our summer dates, please be aware of this new schedule. June, Main, Mid-Summer and End-of-Main Camp sessions will still run as scheduled. The last two weeks of Day Camp have also been cancelled. We will now offer six weeks of Day camp, starting June 15 and ending July 24.
Despite the changes, we’re still anticipating a great summer and look forward to seeing you in the coming months. We’ve pulled together a solid staff and have added more capacity at both the archery and riflery ranges. We’re already mowing the grass, which means campers will be here soon.
