Our Directors Live for Summer Camp!
Sam Pollina, Executive Director - Sam Pollina has served as Executive Director of Camp Arrowhead since October 2010, after joining Camp Arrowhead as a volunteer director the summer of 2010. Sam actively works to promote the rich traditions of Camp Arrowhead, grounded in the vision 'to help every boy become the man God intends him to be." Prior to moving to Arizona ten years ago, Sam resided in Chicago where he attended The Northside Gospel Center, the founding church of the Awana Clubs. In addition to running a family business, Sam served for over twenty years in volunteer youth ministry, including serving seven years as a program director at Camp Awana's summer high school camp. Sam brings significant leadership and youth ministry experience to his role as well as a genuine passion to work with counselors and staff to spread the Gospel message to our children.
