Fall 2007 Camper Contest

Alright campers, here’s your new challenge. We want you to submit photos that include three words that describe Arrowhead or how you feel about camp. They can be three separate words or a phrase. Just be positive and super creative about how the words are captured in the picture. Visit this page often to see all the photos being submitted throughout the fall. Spring 2007 Camper Contest

Reaching our 70th anniversary was an incredible milestone. As part of our celebration (click here to see reunion photos ), we asked campers, alumni and their families to submit photos that have anything to do with 70. You might pass an exit 70 on the next family trip. You might have a grandparent that turned 70 this year. Get yourself in the picture and send them our way.

Spring winners include Tex, sporting the #70 lacrosse jersey, and Jacob, who planned to raise $70 for the Children of Promise scholarship fund. He ended up raising twice that much! Nice work.

And if you're curious about the picture in the bottom left corner, that's Jeremy with former owner Mary Bell and one of her sons, Ed, who was a director at Arrowhead. Mary Bell married Arrowhead founder Big Joe Bell in 1939, so she helped run Arrowhead (and Glen Arden) from almost the very beginning!
