Cancellation Policy
Payments will be returned less a $200.00 administrative fee, if registration has to be cancelled, provided written notice is given by January 1, 2010.
After January 1, the registration fee of $500.00 will not be refunded in the event of a camper cancellation. No refund will be given after May 1, 2010 . This policy remains in effect regardless of enrollment conditions. Applications are accepted for a full session only. No refund will be made for early withdrawal, except when caused by serious illness/injury; in this case, the loss will be shared equally by the parent and the camp.
The directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper who violates the camp rules or is judged detrimental to the general welfare of the camp. No refund will be made in case of dismissal.
Waitlist Policy
Early enrollment is advisable and all applications should be accompanied with the correct payment as noted above to secure a position at Camp Arrowhead for Boys. Applications are enrolled in the order in which they are received. If we receive your application after we have reached capacity you will be notified that your name has been placed on our waiting list. If a space does not become available, and you do not choose another session, your deposit will be fully refunded.
