Cancellation Policy
Payments will be returned less a $100.00 administrative fee, if registration has to be cancelled, provided written notice is given by April 30th. After May 1st, 2008, the registration fee of $500.00 will not be refunded in the event of a camper cancellation. This policy remains in effect regardless of enrollment conditions. Applications are accepted for a full session only. No refund will be made for early withdrawal, except when caused by serious illness; in this case, the loss will be shared equally by the parent and the camp. The directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper who violates the camp rules or is judged detrimental to the general welfare of the camp. No refund will be made in case of dismissal.
