Enrollment reservations were mailed to:
* All Camp Arrowhead campers from the previous summer
* Those previously placed on the wait list
* Prospects who have contacted camp in the last 18 months
Returning campers are guaranteed a spot if their application is received by November 15th.
New camper applications received before November 30th will be held in a separate file in the order received. On December 1st, new campers will be enrolled (after returning Camp Arrowhead campers have been accepted) as space allows. All applications received after November 30th will be enrolled as space allows in the order in which they are received.
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your son's place and half of the remaining balance is due by November 30, with the remainder due April 15.
After November 30, half of the tuition balance is due at the time of application. The remaining balance is due April 15. Families have the opportunity to create a monthly payment plan for this time period.
Our 10-month Payment Plan is offered to all campers if:
* Enrollment is received by August 1
* A deposit of 10% of the tuition is paid upon enrollment
* Checks only - no credit cards may be used for the monthly payment plan option.
New for summer 2013, a 10% discount is available to any camper who is enrolled before Aug 19, 2012.
