2010 Camper Application
The 2010 application is now available. Please review the following policies before clicking on the online application at the bottom of this page:

2010 Enrollment reservations were mailed to:
* All 2009 Camp Arrowhead campers
* Those placed on the wait list in 2009
* Prospects who have contacted camp in the last 18 months
A $750 deposit is required for the 2, 3 and 4-week sessions, and a $500 deposit is required for 1-week sessions. Half of the remaining balance is due by October 1, 2009 with the remainder due April 30, 2010.
* After January 1, half of the tuition balance is due at the time of application. The remaining balance is due April 30, 2010. Families have the opportunity to create a monthly payment plan for this time period.
An Early Bird Discount of 10% is offered to returning campers if:
* Enrollment is received within two weeks of the end of your camper's session
* Earn an additional 2.5% discount if 1/2 tuition is paid by August 1, 2009
Our 10-month Payment Plan is offered to all campers if:
* Enrollment is received by August 1, 2009
* A deposit of 10% of the tuition is paid upon enrollment
* Checks only - no credit cards may be used for the monthly payment plan option
Returning campers are guaranteed a spot if their 2010 Application is received by Oct. 1.
New camper applications received before October 15 will be held in a separate file in the order received. On October 16, new campers will be enrolled (after returning Camp Arrowhead campers have been accepted) as space allows. All applications received after October 15 will be enrolled as space allows in the order in which they are received.
